He didn't try to upsell, he educated me on what was wrong and gave me options on how best to solve the problems. My garage door started having issues closing properly and was going crooked. I scheduled a same day appointment and had an overall great experience. My tech, Stephen Freitas Jr., was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He presented me with several options to help me make an informed choice. Part way through the repair he noticed a couple other issues that he was able to resolve. He also kept me updated throughout the whole repair which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be using Precision Garage Door again for any future work!

Great experience - service tech Brad showed up on time, with everything needed for the job. Did a thorough eval of the door and all parts and shared a set of options for me to decide what to do now versus what to consider for later. Our technician, Dalton, notified us of his projected arrival time. He did a full inspection of our 12 yr. old garage door and opener mechanism, diagnosed the specific problem, and what was needed to fix it. He provided some additional maintenance recommendations for consideration to head off any potential future problems with the door and opener. There was no pressure to select any particular solution. He fully explained what was involved with each option & the costs. We chose to fix the immediate problem today but will have Precision back in a few weeks to do the additional preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the experience.

Installer, Jon Lyons, arrived early but called ahead to ask me if it was ok. One of our garage door springs broke, so I looked for a local garage door repair company that had a user friendly website to view their services & possibly schedule the repair. With Precision, not only was I able to schedule it online, but it showed the appointments available to choose from, including one in less than an hour out. Once Patrick S. was finished at his prior appointment, he called to confirm what the issue was & let me know when to expect him. He arrived promptly & told me that he would inspect the whole door to determine if the spring broke due to another issue, rather than old age. Upon review, he said that I could save some money in the long run by replacing our old door system, but that he could make ours safe to run again. This was not a hard sale, just informative & helpful, as we do plan to replace it in the next year or so. Once approved, he handily replaced the worn cables & both springs, because if this one just broke, the other is not far behind. After the repairs, Patrick made sure to calibrate my opener & test the door, which worked better & quieter than it did before. We truly appreciate the quick, professional, & respectful service provided by Patrick & Precision!

We had a broken spring on our garage door and Precision came highly rated so we made an appointment with them. They did not disappoint. Stephen was great. He even contacted us to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment time. Stephen took the time to explain in detail what needed to be repaired and the costs involved as well as other options if we so choose. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and we were back in business. All in all an excellent experience and I can highly recommend Stephen and Precision.

These guys have been here several times over the last 5yrs trying to help me keep a worn-out, old garage door working. On their last visit I asked for a quote on a new door, rails and spindles. The price was very competitive. I ordered the door and hardware that night. A few weeks later Cesar arrived to take out the old and install the new. The door looks beautiful! Cesar shared with us a few details on what he did and why. He also mentioned some simple maintenance tips. Efficient, honest and great communicators. From first contact to text and email reminders about upcoming appointments I cannot praise Precision enough!!
