Wow! Dalton was extremely knowledgeable and installed a Liftmaster to replace our old Genie. It is so smooth and quiet that we actually stood there and made it go up and down several times to enjoy it. He also explained service requirements and was a pleasure to work with. I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed. Eric arrived shortly after the notification he was on the way. I had been having problems with new remote openers and door adjustments. He resolved all issues with them and also installed a locking emergency door release I requested. He also reprogrammed the door side opening pushbutton digital code which had been out of operation. Eric provided some general explanation for all the programming needed. Efficient, quick and helpful. This was a very good experience for me.
