Brad Rambo came on a Sunday, at a time when my garage door was stuck open. I didn't realize how much my garage door was not working, even before it broke completely. He did a great job, was gracious and pretty efficient. Everything was completed within and hour and a half. I got new pulleys, a new spring, new wheels, everything was lubricated.
