My garage door broke last night and the first thing I thought about was that commercial that sticks in your head "garage doors done right", so I knew who I was calling today. Jessy came out and did an excellent job explaining what had to be done and what needed to be done so that I did not have any further issues. And yes, his work was impeccable. I am very satisfied and will definitely be telling people about this company. It's always great when a company does what it says and quickly. Thank you Jessy and Precision. This was the second time I had Precision out to repair my garage door. First time I had them install quite rollers. This time was for a broken spring. These guys have been here several times over the last 5yrs trying to help me keep a worn-out, old garage door working. On their last visit I asked for a quote on a new door, rails and spindles. The price was very competitive. I ordered the door and hardware that night. A few weeks later Cesar arrived to take out the old and install the new. The door looks beautiful! Cesar shared with us a few details on what he did and why. He also mentioned some simple maintenance tips. Efficient, honest and great communicators.
