Contacted another company because my remote garage door key pod stopped working. Their employee told me to go to Lowes and purchase a new one my self read the instructions and do it myself. I am a female over 70 years of age so I hung up on him and contacted Precision who was very helpful and came out the same day. Dylan went over every step with me showed me some things that was also going on with my garage door. So I ended up ordering a whole new door. Just think if the other company had did this they would have gotten the money. I will always contact Precision.

This is the third time I have had my door serviced by precision. They were prompt in answering and scheduling my appointment, arrived on time, investigated, discussed issues and made necessary repairs. Wow! Dalton was extremely knowledgeable and installed a Liftmaster to replace our old Genie.
