My spring for my garage door broke and was not able to lift it manually- heavy duty and insulated. The service technicians Jeff G & Charlie showed up promptly, assessed the situation and provided 3 options with various price points. I opted to go with the rebuild/ replacement of ALL moving parts. They were great didnt try to push an agenda, simply provided me the facts and allowed me time to process options and outcomes. It didnt hurt when Jeff G and I discovered his wife and I work at Michigan Medicine, we actually work in the same chain of command- small world! Very professional, personal and time efficient would not hesitate to call them back- great experience! Respectfully, Sean

My installer Stefan did a great job. He called while enroute to tell me when he would arrive and when through the details of what the job entailed. When completed, we went through all the features and programmed my keypad and car opener, and cleaned up. Very satisfied!

Really enjoyed the service. Patrick was very helpful and he communicated with me showing me things I didnt know. He got the remotes for the garage programmed in mere seconds and got the garage door working well, thanks again for the speedy response!

My garage door was not working welland then stopped. I called Precision Garage Door. Appt was easy to schedule. Dalton came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very good with explanations. As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.

We had a garage vs car mishap, and upon recommendation from a friend, we called Precision Garage Door Service. From start to finish every person we spoke with and met with were very kind and accommodating. Jason came out and gave us an estimate and Cesar Velasquez installed our door. After a water leak fried my existing opener, I was able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service first thing the next morning (didnt attempt to schedule the appointment until the evening before)! Steve Wells, technician, confirmed my suspicions and did an excellent job of explaining what occurred, and presenting me with my options. He handled everything on the spot and set up all of the accessory equipment! Very happy with the service and the product!
