Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 2 hrs. Dillan Smith called with his arrival time and was a complete professional and friendly throughout the repair. Very good experience. Our technician Mike Jolly was fast, friendly, explained things well and communicated his arrival time perfectly. We had a broken spring. We ended up replacing both springs and some other components since our door was getting a little older. Very happy with our service from Mike. Back up and running in less than 24 hours.

My garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday at 12 noon. One quick call and a very knowledgeable tech, Mike Jolly was here by 3pm. He explained what went wrong & why (builder grade spring) and 3 options to remedy the problem. Very efficient and organized. Had my spring replaced (upgraded spring) & door fixed in an hour. Eric Hathaway was our tech. Eric was quick, thorough, professional, courteous and friendly. We were locked out of our garage due to a power issue and had no way to get in. Eric was creative and came up with a solution which was acceptable to us with no damage to the door and very cost-effective. He also installed a fail safe in case this would happen again. Eric was excellent in explaining costs ahead of time and explained why he was approaching our unusual problem in the way that he was. Eric was excellent to work with. We have used Precision door in our other home in a prior year and would recommend them and Eric with no hesitation!
