Dylan our technician was courteous and polite. He arrived before my scheduled time. Fixed my garage door and provided many options for purchasing a new door with various price structures. Very satisfied. Steve diagnosed the problem areas and explained everything clearly. He was on time, very courteous, friendly, and efficient.He did a super job and represented Precision in an admirable way. If and when service on the door is needed, I'd call Precision and ask to have Steve as our technician.

Animals had chewed a hole in the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. Jeff Parks replaced the bottom rubber seal on my garage door today. He used an extra large, 7" bottom rubber, to compensate for the uneven pavement. Problem is solved. Thank you Precision Door!

Had a strut added to our garage door a few years ago and was going to get another one added. Was told we needed a new garage door and given an estimate. Scheduled for install within a week. Technician came and installed new garage door within an hour. He was very fast, efficient, and polite. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any repairs or getting a new garage door. Reasonably priced.
